We offers two comfortable bedrooms and a bright living room, providing ample space for everyone to relax. Guests can enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the private terrace and the green garden. For your convenience, the home is equipped with modern features, including air conditioning, a full kitchenette, and a washing machine.

Amenities & Experiences

Unwind in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy a meal prepared on the barbecue, or take advantage of the on-site bicycle rentals to explore the local area. For those who enjoy a quiet day by the water, fishing opportunities are available or just a short 10-minute walk there is Pērkones Beach.

We have two holiday homes available, each able to comfortably accommodate up to five people.

Parties are not allowed at our property.

Additional Guests

An additional fee applies for any extra guests, who must be requested in advance and are limited to a maximum of 5 per house.

Pets

Pets are welcome upon request, though we cannot guarantee approval for all inquiries.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

FAQs

  • Yes, additional guests are welcome for a fee of €15 per person. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, please note that extra guests are not permitted to stay overnight, and quiet hours begin at 23:00.

  • Enjoy a relaxing soak in our private jacuzzi. The pricing is as follows:

    • One day: €60

    • Two days: €70

    • For your entire stay: €100

  • Bicycles are available for rent at a fee of €5 per bike per day. To ensure we have them ready for you, please let us know your request before you arrive.

  • We also have a bike suitable for a four/five-year-old, and also a baby seat that can be attached to an adult bike.

  • Pets are welcome upon request, though we cannot guarantee approval for all inquiries.

  • Yes, for guests we have free parking on the property next to the houses.

  • Yes, both houses have Netflix available.

  • Yes, heating is available in both houses, therefore you can enjoy a cozy and comfortable stay with us all year round.
